The Challenge
The client wanted to grow beyond last year’s revenue but didn’t have a clear path to get there. Amazon was already a key sales channel, but there was no clarity on which products were actually driving profit or how to scale them. At the same time, their website wasn’t bringing in enough high-quality traffic.They knew platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads could help, but didn’t have the in-house expertise to run and improve campaigns in a way that would actually move the needle.
What We Did
Amazon Ads:We ran campaigns across the full catalog to see what people were actually buying. Once the data came in, patterns started to show. Some products consistently sold better, had stronger margins, and responded well to ads.From there, we shifted budgets toward these high-performing products, and campaigns were restructured around them. This helped cut wasted spend and made scaling much more predictable.
 
Google/Meta Ads:Through Google Ads, we increased website traffic with proper tracking and analysis of the purchase data of each product, and made tweaks to the data, which helped us to drive quality traffic and increase the overall sales of the store.Meta ads were clearly driven by audience targeting that was related to the industry, and along with that, we aligned specific products and creatives to each audience segment to make the messaging more relevant and conversion-focused.
The Results
Conversion increased by +83.66%, revenue by +78.16%, with an increase in spend of +74.43%, maintaining a steady ROAS throughout the increase in spend.
Amazon also maintained the momentum, and we hit 8.43x ROAS throughout the whole time period.
